The rearrangement varies depending on what race you are.
Drow - 9 str, 7 con, rest in int.
Dwarf - 5 str, 4 con, rest in int.
Half-Elf - 9 str, 7 con, rest in int.
Half-Orc - 4 str, 5 con, rest in int.
Human - 7 str, 7 con, rest in int.
Orc - 3 str, 5 con, rest in int.
